Jim Flint, Executive Director
Jim has over twenty years of experience in nonprofit management and leadership. Before REDgen, Jim served as the founding Executive Director for two youth development organizations, the Fiver Children's Foundation in New York City and Lake Valley Camp here in Milwaukee. Both programs support the development of youth from underserved neighborhoods. He is passionate about serving others and improving the health and well being of all youth.
Lyndsey Clayton, Kelben Intern
Lyndsey is a graduate student in the masters program in the Helen Bader School of Social Welfare at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. After obtaining her MSW, Lyndsey hopes to work directly with people and provide therapy services and support to those in need. She obtained her undergraduate degree in psychology at University of Wisconsin-Madison. She has had various experiences working directly with youth and teaching them important skills on how to acknowledge and cope with difficult emotions and situations.
